Prenatal & Postpartum Group Classes

In-Person and Telehealth

Coming soon! Prenatal and postpartum group classes that will address infant massage and the power of touch, infant development and tummy time training, breathwork to support you in birth and postpartum recovery, and core and pelvic floor restoration.

Early Intervention & Pediatric Consultations

In-Person and Telehealth

Let's be honest, the well-being of our children has a HUGE impact our own well-being. So when concerns arise, they need to be addressed. Early intervention and pediatric consults are provided as a skilled occupational therapy service in the state of NH, however, they do not replace full evaluations and individualized care. Early intervention consults may include a screening and recommendations to try before referring to a provider for full care.

Sensory Wellness Sessions

In-Person and Telehealth

Do you or your child experience sensory processing differences? Does "sensory overload" in parenthood sound familiar to you? Sensory wellness sessions are in-depth consultations that include a detailed assessment of your sensory processing as well as a sensory diet and/or strategies to fulfill your sensory needs.

Preparing for Postpartum

Your postpartum journey starts the moment you give birth, so that means preparation should start during pregnancy. When you work with Motherhood Wellness, you can expect to feel confident going into your postpartum season with knowledge about breast AND bottle feeding, the foundations to core and pelvic floor recovery, nutrient dense meals prepped and ready to reheat in your freezer, as well as knowledge about newborn care. We'll also throw in preparation for labor and delivery with prenatal therapeutic exercise and education regarding childbirth and labor positions.

The First
Six Weeks

Don't wait to get an appointment with your pelvic floor therapist to get a headstart of core and pelvic floor recovery. Healing starts in those first six weeks. Motherhood Wellness will help you balance rest with hands-on recovery by guiding you through use of proper body mechanics in motherhood, breathwork and gentle exercises, making nutritious meals to support healing, and breastfeeding without injuring your back in the process.
